Todd Jackson
Vice President, Corporate Oversight, Technology
Todd Jackson has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field and is a veteran of the United States Navy who knows all about hard work and dedication. His passion and overall work ethic are apparent in everything he does for Valley View Casino & Hotel, where his experience and skills have allowed him to climb his way up through the Information Technologies department to become the current Vice President of Information Technology. In his position, he heads IT development, maintenance, programs and projects for Valley View Casino & Hotel. He has committed himself to excellent guest service and wants to make sure he provides Valley View Casino & Hotel's guests and team members with the best products and services available. Todd was recently awarded the 2012 IT Executive of the Year award by the San Diego Business Journal.

Randy Reedy
Vice President, Corporate Oversight, Slot Operations
Randy has over 28 years of experience in the casino industry and is currently the Vice President of Slots at Valley View Casino & Hotel. He started his career in the gaming industry in 1984 as a Slot Attendant with Station Casino at Palace Station in Las Vegas. In 1994, Station Casino opened Boulder Station where Randy was appointed Slot Shift Manager. Randy then transferred back to Palace Station in 1996 as the Slot Operations Manager. Randy moved on to oversee the opening of Station Casino's new property in Kansas City, Missouri as the Vice President of Slot Operations. Randy then took a position as the Executive Director of Slots for the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi before joining the team at Valley View Casino & Hotel in April 2004 as the Director of Slots.

Howard Silver
Vice President, Corporate Oversight, Food and Beverage
Howard has over 24 years of experience in food and beverage operations. Prior to joining Valley View Casino & Hotel, Howard served as the Vice President of Culinary Operations at Ameristar Casinos where he was responsible for seven properties, 42 restaurants and over 5,000 team members. A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, his previous experience includes 12 years at Park Place Entertainment as Executive Chef where he opened and operated restaurants at three major casino resorts in Laughlin and Reno, Nevada. Additionally, Howard served as Executive Chef at the Reno Hilton.

Mike Tansley
Vice President, Corporate Oversight, Marketing, Table Games, Player Development & Hotel Operations
Mike has over 27 years of experience in the casino industry and is currently the Vice President of Marketing & Hotel Operations at Valley View Casino & Hotel. He started in the casino business in 1985 as a Dealer and Supervisor at Bally's Park Place and Caesars Palace in Atlantic City, New Jersey for nearly eight years. Mike left Atlantic City in 1993 to work for the Players Riverboat Casino in Illinois as a pit manager before moving to the Players Riverboat Casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana where he was promoted to a position as the director of table games. Mike then took a position as assistant general manager of a cruise ship out of Padre Island, Texas before moving to Las Vegas in 2000, where he worked as the table games manager at New York, New York. He worked in Las Vegas for five years before joining the Valley View Casino & Hotel team as the director of table games in 2005.

Phil Becker
General Counsel
Phil has served as counsel to Valley View Casino & Hotel for eight years and as General Counsel to CDMS since its inception. Phil has been an attorney for over 25 years, specializing in gaming representation exclusively for over 20 years. His experience encompasses a broad scope including gaming regulation as well as general corporate representation for casino and casino-support companies in California, Nevada, Missouri. Mississippi and Louisiana. Phil's accreditations and accomplishments include: founding member, International Masters of Gaming Law; member, International Association of Gaming Attorneys; A/V rating, Martindale-Hubble; and Best Lawyers in America, Gaming Law Section.
